Deadline.com posted that the Prospect Park situation with All My Children and One Life to Live may not be dead as we all thought and it may still be online.
Is this a miracle or are we being treated with a bunch of coal? The report states they would want the shows up and running by end of March. I hope even if this means nothing, that ABC does something. Even if it is catching us up during General Hospital. For example, I loved it when Skye referenced Stuart doing an art show in Pine Valley.
With One Life to Live especially, I wonder who would be in charge. Frank Valentini is showrunning General Hospital, and Ron Carlivati is head writing, so who would be setting the direction. Also, many of their scriptwriters also have moved to that show. With All My Children, it would be wide open too as would they actually listen to Agnes Nixon. With the actors, who knows who would be interested after what didn't happen the last time. They may not be wanting to take the chance until they know either way if this will actually be a go.
Hopefully we'll know more in the coming weeks and find out if this was actually good news or if it just opened up the wounds of those who are missing these shows.
