Days: Wedding, Visits and Departures November 2018

Recently "Days of Our Lives" has wrapped up some stories below are my thoughts.

The recent visits have come to their conclusions, here is how things ended.

The explosion claimed Nicole, Kristen, and Xander, but with it being Days of Our Lives, their "deaths" may be exaggerated. Eve decided to move to New York City, due to the failure of Basic Black, and also finding out that Brady decided to sleep with Kristen to get information.

Sami was successfully, and got EJ out before he was killed again in the explosion though he was badly burned. DNA was done, and it was really her "late" husband, underneath all the bandages. Susan was glad to find out that her boy was alive, and now EJ would get the help he needed off screen in Italy surrounded by his family. John and Marlena wed, before Sami and Susan left town, so they attended along with Paul, Will, Shawn, and Belle. Abe officiated again, and that episode ended with a clip of Frances Reid talking from years ago for the 53rd anniversary.

Hattie gave up on being Marlena, and agreed to go back to jail. Bonnie wanted to fight, but Hattie convinced her to return with her. Bonnie's plan of passing her granddaughter Emily off as her and Lucas's child failed. Chloe figured out it didn't make sense, got another DNA test, and it proved that Mimi was the girl's mother. Rex and Mimi had a one-night-stand off screen, and since Mimi had been told there was no way she could get pregnant, they didn't use contraception. Mimi decided to move back to Chicago, and raise her daughter as planned, though Rex now knows he's the father. Rex, who just returned to town with his new fiance Sarah (Maggie's daughter last seen over 25 years ago), were happy. Sarah was shocked that Rex cheated, and had a child, and the engagement is off for now.

So a lot of things happened on Days, but the focus will have to shift again with the departing characters.
