B&B: Bill and Steffy Have Sex

In the aftermath of the demolition of the Spectra Fashions building, a lot as happened on "The Bold and the Beautiful". Most notably was Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Bill (Don Diamont) having sex. Liam (Scott Clifton) told Steffy how he and Sally (Courtney Hope) kissed while under the rubble of the building. Steffy was livid, and felt that Liam cared more about his caused than her. She walked out on him, and was comforted by Bill. Below are my feelings on this.

If I had to use one word, it would be "HORRIFIED", and yes that all caps is intentional. This was absolutely awful. Steffy was distraught, Bill told her how wonderful she is, and what she means to him. They slept together, on the Forrester grounds, and it wasn't romance by a desperate act. Bill is so clueless that he believes what happened between them was wonderful that Steffy will go away with him.

This has so many shades of the Thomas/Caroline/Ridge story, I could scream except the man who slept with the upset woman was the father in this case instead of the son. This at least seemed consensual in the fact that while Steffy was upset, she hadn't mixed drugs and alcohol. Of course, it is possible Steffy never thought that Bill would think of her sexually once, she was married to both of his adult sons.

Once Steffy came home to Liam, she told him that she took it all back, and was near hysterical. Liam said he was the one that messed up not knowing what happened. We got a cameo from Carter, who did a re-commitment ceremony for the two on November 17, 2017. What was disturbing was Steffy wasn't even allowed to change clothes to do this.

If Steffy does become pregnant, I'm not going to be happy, which is a surprise to no one. The way this was handled any interest I could have had in Bill and Steffy was shattered, as all I see is anger, sadness and regret.
