Below are my thoughts for the September 2017 episodes of "Neighbours". Don't continue if you haven't seen it.
Yashvi and Ben got closer, but she messed up after sharing one of Ben's embarrassing photos. This came out on formal night. Piper took Xanthe to the formal, as she figured, it would be more fun with her best friend, than her boyfriend. (We didn't see the formal.) Yashvi tried to make things better by doing graffiti about Ben's music, though he will no longer be her friend. Thankfully Ben isn't taking it out on Kirsha, as he likes teaching the younger girl how to play guitar.
Courtney's behavior at the spa was discovered, after everyone was convinced she was selling herself to men. Due to the humiliation, of this being heard on a loudspeaker, she is suing Terese for her job and damages. Both Shane and Karl enjoyed going to see Courtney, which is part of what caused all of these accusations.
Mishti continued to like Leo, but was scared. Leo and David each played matchmaker for Mark. Paige arrived unseen at the Melbourne wheel, and saw Mark choose Elly. Eventually, Elly realized that Paige still had feelings (mistaking her for Steph) on the wishing tree. Elly broke up with Mark as things weren't right between them. Mark didn't care about her lending library, and was not his priority. (Before the break up, Mark told Elly he would teach her about Doctor Who and gave her the option to start with Classic, New, or David Tennant.) Shane used the committee for his own gain, which backfired as his solar lawnmower could not be marketed without permission. Karl tattled and then David got the job.
Nick was framed and went back to prison. Amy was upset with her father, though at first Leo was accused. Steph and Amy were working together to make Nick's dream of a wellness center come true. Jack and Steph are still casual, while he was completed impressed with how Steph saved her son Adam.
Sonya and Toadie's marriage continued to suffer as Nell acted out at school and later at home with Mark. The girl and Toadie both went into counseling, though Toadie's therapist is a man from Sonya's past named Sam.
Terese was still with Gary, even after how she cheating with Paul previously. She has a lot of guilt, as she doesn't want to hurt Gary or their daughters.
Tyler's Dad Hamish appeared, and had an interest in the boat, he shared with Aaron. Hamish's love Maria wanted Hamish to not get close to Tyler. She just wanted to go with him to Indonesia after pilfering the boat.
Those were the highlights of "Neighbours"
for September 2017. I wonder how long it will be until Terese cracks and tells all or if Gary will figure out what happened between his fiance and Paul Robinson.
