Today deadline.com posted that CBS has renewed their line-up for the 2013-2014. To find out more check out this article. It even includes ratings and other demographics.
I'm glad that we aren't going to be losing "The Bold & the Beautiful" or "The Young & the Restless" in the next year. Their game shows, "Let's Make a Deal" and "The Price is Right" and talk show "The Talk" are also coming back. It looks like their day part is doing well enough that they don't have to give hours to their affiliated stations, which is also a good thing. CBS having 4.5 hours a day, they can program themselves gives them more flexibility than ABC and NBC who only can schedule 3 hours each weekday.
This blog is mainly about soaps, though it will sometimes veer into other topics. The main purpose is to provide a space for when board discussion isn't enough as sometimes my thoughts and feelings take on a life of their own. Even if some of the shows I enjoy have been cancelled, I will continue to post about them. They may take away the shows, but they can't destroy the love.
