B&B: Thomas Forrester Cliff Jumper?

Well Thomas Forrester fell off of Steffy's cliff, after Brooke tried to push him away from Hope on "The Bold and the Beautiful". Below are my thoughts.

Thomas's initial fall was on the Friday, August 23rd episode, but he is still in the hospital, and unconscious. Hope admitted that Thomas was trying to apologize and not hurt her, but Brooke thought he was attacking. Ridge is obviously horrified that his wife knocked his son over a cliff many stories high, but alas Thomas isn't the only one to take a big fall on B&B.

I expect Thomas to survive, as other characters have fallen like Rick and Caroline among others. I mean this is what happens in LA. Of course, he didn't bounce on a rock, and become a super spy (disappearing from years off the program.) Having Thomas fall after keeping the Beth away from Hope, is supposed to make us feel badly for him. If that is the case, it isn't helping. I don't care if people are upset, especially after he nearly hit his son Douglas. That was just ugly, and if Thomas wakes up and is nice and sane, what a waste. I do hope that Justin finds out what Thomas did and gets some words (if not more) on behalf of his niece Emma. Oh and this story has Vincent Irizarry playing random doctor helping Thomas - I use random doctor, as it can't be any other previous soap doctor he played. (It pays money and gives union credit, so good in that way.)

This probably is to cause conflict between Brooke and Ridge, and well having Bill be amused for a change is amusing. He's not a good person, but Bill being happy about Thomas being hurt is an actual genuine reaction. Thomas hurt his son and kept his grandchild away, so why would Bill have any sympathy, as it wouldn't fit Bill's personality.
