Days: Six Random Thoughts for April 2018

Below are six random thoughts, I'm having about "Days of Our Lives". This is through the episode that aired on April 6, 2018.

1. Stefan liking Abigail's alternative personality Gabi is disgusting. Yes, Stefan is supposed to be bad, but please don't make him a rapist sleeping with a DID sufferer, whose main personality isn't wanting to consent. If it happens after she had gotten treatment, it would be tolerable.
2. So Leo is a stooge for Vivian, and is sleeping with Sonny to get an advantage for her. At least Will and Paul are sleeping together because they want to, and while he doesn't remember his past, he can consent.
3. I'm glad that Hope is angry at Rafe about how he had sex with his former wife Sami after their engagement hadn't even been over a month earlier. I wish they weren't married, and I just want it to end. Having nearly everyone tell her to forgive Rafe annoys me, as come on, unless the reason is because you've cheated too, you shouldn't be saying that to her. 
4. So everyone knows that Lani and Eli had sex, and that Eli is thought to be the father of her fetus. Is there anything left to tell in this story? Though I'm glad that we don't have more months of lying and watching characters act clueless.
5. Brady wants Eve back, after Victor exposed why Brady got involved with her to begin with, it is all Maggie's fault, because of her ultimatum that Eve be told the truth. Maggie's interference strikes again - why didn't she think to talk to Brady before Victor acted? This situation at least made me stop being annoyed Brady a bit, which is something.
6. Steve losing his sight due to John drugging him and Billie not being able to get one over on evil former ISA chief (played by the actress who was Seska on "Star Trek Voyager" which makes this kind of hilarious if you watched that show), who Tripp killed was sad even if the circumstances as listed were insane. Yes I'm hoping for a miracle cure.

So those are six thought I'm having about Days. We'll see how things go, as to when I'll write a longer more focused post on the program.
