B&B: May Random Thoughts

Here is yet another edition of random thoughts on "The Bold and the Beautiful". This is through the episode that aired on Thursday May 8, 2014.

  1. I'm still not really rooting for Katie and Ridge as it felt like his proposal was just to soothe her broken pride over losing control of Spencer Publications and having to share custody with Bill.
  2. While I can understand why Brooke would feel that Bill would be a better person to run Spencer Publications, how she used the documents that Katie signed under false pretenses was wrong. I wish there would have been another more humane way for that to happen.
  3. Still enjoying Oliver and Aly, even if he was first interested due to her family connections. He wouldn't be the first to be with a Forrester for work reasons, and if he does begin to really care there is an instant conflict.
  4. It was weird that Liam surprised Hope with a rescued white cat, as they said you shouldn't really surprise people with pets. That said the cat is adorable, and since he was rescued by Scott Clifton who plays Liam I guess we'll be seeing the tomcat on screen occasionally.
  5. Quinn and Bill having sex should have some consequences that aren't related to a pregnancy. Will Brooke find out at the most inopportune time? Probably and I really hope so.
  6. I like how Caroline is being used in scenes with both Aly and Katie. She is a Spencer who is married to a man, who is a Logan and a Forrester. Thank you for remembering all of the ties.
