OLTL: New Book on the Show

In January 2012, entertainment writer Jeff Giles started a Facebook page on a his new project. To read more about it visit http://oltlbook.com/.

That said this project looks interesting, though I do wish it would say what format the book will be available in and the expected price. According to the Facebook page, this book will have quotes and behind the scenes scoop with new interviews with people in the cast, crew and production. What was most interesting to me is that this interest in not new. Using Google, I found this article where he spoke with Paul Glass, OLTL's music guy who is now at General Hospital. http://popdose.com/letter-from-the-editor-radio-is-dying-but-music-has-one-life-to-live/  If this book is written in this style, it will be very different than what we normally get from soap opera publications.

I hope in the coming weeks, we'll find out more about this newly planned book, and that it will be available to pre-order at a vendor such as amazon.com. The little snippets on the Facebook page are very tempting and make me want to buy this book, which is the point of advertising.
