On "General Hospital", Franco's body has Drew's memories before the memory swipe. Below are my thoughts.
I enjoy science fiction, but the plot isn't playing that way even with a fantastical element. Are we supposed to be cheering for Kim to be from Drew in Franco's body, or be horrified that Kim would sleep with a man in these circumstances. For some it is rape, for others it is not. Can Franco with Drew's memories even consent? Franco was hospitalized before he could leave town with Kim, so at least someone thinks he is not mentally competent.
At the end of the day, consent is an important issue. If the situation was reversed and Franco with Drew's memories was a female, would there be more backlash? Well perhaps there would be. I just wish I knew this would be going on, because I don't enjoy watching a story unfold where the consequences will probably be moot.
