The episodes starting in 2008 mean that things like Sonny adopting Michael and fighting over the Qs for the boy was not included or any of the things with young Morgan or Kristina. The 2010 episodes were about Dante being Sonny's son, and the only two that have a focus on Sonny's oldest son. There are four episodes about Michael (the son that has been on screen the longest), one about the upcoming baby, four about Morgan, one about Avery and/Michael, and four about Kristina.

I am guessing the episode numbers starting with 21 has to do with how many other episodes they previously released as part of other collections.  These will be available until December 1 to anyone who has US internet access. I have to admit I appreciate the website's cheekiness with the title of this collection.
