B&B: The Hope to the Future Fashion Show

On Friday, July 20, 2018, "The Bold and the Beautiful" had another fashion show. Below are my thoughts on it.

Unlike most B&B fashion shows, this one contained dancing. Between segments Emma and some models danced. This event was on a set, and not outside like many other fashion shows the program has had. Maya wasn't modeling, but it was probably because Karla Mosley is pregnant in real life.

Thorne was the lead designer for the event, though it was Hope's brand, though I wish he had more to do in this story. The show was successful, and people seemed to like it, but there wasn't much drama. Zoe sneaked in backstage, got a model (not seriously injured) and then modeled the showstopper, which upset both Emma and Alexander. The whole Emma, Xander, and Zoe story is with three new characters, so it is hard to care. Emma is Justin's niece, so her wanting to work at Forester, and then not sharing being related to Justin caused a slight issue. Also Xander and Zoe are British as they shared a cat named Harry, though Xander is an Avant cousin, at first he spoke with an American accent, and then changed to the UK-style one. (To me Xander is sort of like the Australian side of the Forester family...)

Liam was there to support Hope, which obviously will come back to hurt his relationship with Steffy. That's just how it goes for them.

Anyway, the fashion show was okay for what it was, but it will seldom be as extravagant as something filmed on location in Monaco.
