Thoughts about "Hollyoaks" - March 2019

Below are my thoughts on March 2019's "Hollyoaks" - this is not sequential.

Maxine was ill again, but nothing was settled in that story though Damon remained at her side, and wanted to live with her.

Mercedes and Sylver got married, but Sally and Myra did not. Sally broke it off after finding out that Myra kissed a man. We had a John Paul cameo as he left a video for his parents, viewed prior to them not getting married, but he has no idea what happened. Myra decided to leave Hollyoaks and spent time with her other daughters who didn't come to the wedding, while the rest of the family decided to let Sally stay with them as she is family too. Mitchell and Cleo got closer even if their families do not like one another.

Liam tried to cause problems for Mercedes and Sylver, as Liam could get drug charges on Sylver. Liam though started to bond with baby Iona. Courtney and Jesse are still together. Joel knew what Liam was doing and tried to "save" him.

Sami and Liberty are dating, but everyone was getting in their way like his interfering family.  Liberty couldn't see what Laurie was doing to Sienna, though Brody knew it was bad. Ste still was hating on the Maliks and his new friends attacked a Muslim person.

Harry and James returned to Hollyoaks, and Mac was back at Breda to kill James. Donna Marie was threatened by Mac again and left town, so she couldn't have to testify against him. She made it seem like she didn't love Juliet and Romeo. Breda poisoned James, so the court case about Cindy's house couldn't happen. James recovered, but Breda decided to kill Mac with tainted food. Mac ate not thinking that Breda would give him a poisoned meal, as she said it was for someone else. Romeo saw Mac first and was blamed for his death, as Yas saw him. Juliet freaked out and wanted to destroy the school, and only Darren, who she has a crush on was able to calm her down.

Peri, Harley, and Tom became a thruple, but it was short-lived. Peri didn't want to share Harley, while Tom was okay with it. Harley decided to leave town, and Tom gave her the means to help orangutans as that was her dream.

Oliver and Brooke are together, but Juliet takes things out on Brooke. Brooke knows that Juliet likes Darren, but has no idea that Darren hasn't done anything wrong.

Those were the highlights for Hollyoaks March 2019. I think that it was a good month, and I'm glad that Mac finally met his match.
