- First off the episode aired on April 2nd, not April 1st, which is the program's actually birthday. There was a pre-emption so the timing was slightly off. If I hadn't known that I would have wondered why they celebrated on the birthday of the late "As the World Turns" and "The Edge of Night".
- The premise was a group of people were brought together by Alexis as requested by the late Gail Baldwin. So we had people that Gail actually knew like Monica, Lesley, Laura, Lucy, Kevin, and Scotty, and others that had ties to the hospital, who she didn't know as well.
- Maxie, Mac, and Felicia were there due to the past with both Maxie's health and perhaps Robin, in Mac's case.
- Julian seemed to only be there due to Alexis. Liz was involved along with Bobbie due to their jobs, and we had short cameos with Epiphany (who Liz and Curtis saw, but wasn't part of Gai;s memorial) and Curtis, and Franco due to his ties to Liz and Scotty. Sonny was there probably due to the Stone Cates wing, and while Carly was there, I wish they had referenced her introduction as someone working/learning at GH.
- The episode ended with a montage, though Gail wasn't in it? Huh, though most everyone else was in the clip.
- At least Gail was put on the memory wall with the others, and we got mentions of Audrey, Alan (and his pocket square) and Rick (without sullying that character's memory).
