Thoughts about "Neighbours" - November 2019

Below is my November entry about "Neighbours" for 2019.

Ned got involved in a fight club to deal with his issues from being knifed by Scarlett. Sadly his relationship with Yashvi is still not on track, as prior to joining that group, he had a nightmare and attacked her.

Elly lost her job after Finn went to the school to drop off her medicine. Instead of waiting in the car, he went out, and that was against the terms of his release. Bea is a bit frustrated with how Finn and Elly are spending time together. Elly was angry with Susan for being a bad reference, when Elly tried to get a position as a tutor.

Everyone found out about the camera being in the hotel. A recording of Amy and Kyle being intimate was made public, and Amy was harassed due to it, while Kyle got much better treatment. Terese lost her job, and Chloe now is the manager. She hired V as her assistant, who just graduated high school. Kyle decided he wanted to sue Paul, and got Toadie to help as a lawyer to do the class action. By the end of the month, Kyle and Amy's relationship fell apart, due to the fighting. And even worse was how Kyle hit and ran after falling asleep driving his car, injuring David who needs a new kidney. Terese who began drinking again, found David, and admitted to her failing. David was riding a bike, as Karl restarted his cycling group.

Kirsha moved away to go to a better school with Toadie's help to keep it a secret. Dipi was livid that Toadie interfered in her daughter's life, and was later sad to see her go. Dipi and Shane are arguing over Toadie's class action suit, which Toadie is mainly doing to save his late wife's foundation. Dipi spent some time with Gary, which upset Shane, and Dipi feels that Shane is more supportive of his brother, than their business.

Harlow's mother Prue came to town, and caused problems. She was still in the cult and lying about it to Harlow. Prue wants to get Harlow back to the UK and make her join. Prue became close to Gary, as they started dating. Prue knew about Terese's drinking before anyone else. Harlow went with Prue, because she thought Paul and Terese didn't care about her enough. Once Harlow realized that her mum didn't change, she made a call and stayed in the neighbourhood.

Sheila and Clive's affair was revealed and Sheila was doused in muck. The waterhole is suffering due to the lawsuit, and Sheila may need to fire Roxy. (Last hired, first fired.) Chloe and Pierce asked each other to wed, they bought rings. Hendrix has feelings for Chloe, and believes Pierce is not good enough for her.

Those were the highlights of November 2019. The Erinsborough High miniseries (five parts) also aired this month. I don't understand how Yashvi got such a good job right out of high school, but perhaps it is a case of who you know.
