General Hospital did a Facebook Live for the holiday season on December 4, 2019 around 7 pm ET, for about 20 minutes. Below is a summary and thoughts.

Brianna Henry (Jordan) and Amanda Setton) Brooklyn hosted the event.
The following songs were performed:
The First Noel - William Lipton Cam singing and playing guitar
O Come All You Faithful - James Patrick Stuart (Val) and Wally Kurth (Ned) playing guitar. They sung in harmony, and also sang In the Bleak Midwinter.
The guys plus Josh Swickard (Chase) joined them to sing Joy to the World wearing a festive red and green sweater and playing a drum box.
There were bits with Brianna and Amanda talking between numbers. After this the ladies came out Kathleen Gatti (Liesl), Sofia Mattsson (Sasha) and Eden McCoy (Joss). They sang "Hark the Herald Angels Sing". The rest of the singing cast entered and they finished it up with Deck the Halls and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.
My thoughts:
I wish the playback was better, as I couldn't watch it live as it aired as there were too many people. Later I could listen to one song, and then it would go back to the beginning, which was annoying.
Otherwise, since they only did Christmas Music, I wish they had labeled it as Christmas not holiday (yes Hanukah was mentioned at the end, at least). I say this as when I think holiday, I think festive music about Winter (if in the Northern Hemisphere - I don't expect something Australian to play "Let it Snow"). It would have been cool to hear something Winter themed, something Hanukah related, and Kwanzaa music. Of course, then the concert would have been a lot longer, but I digress.
I think this was a good idea, especially since the Nurses Ball episodes are popular traditionally, and in the years without the ball, people loved Karaoke nights at Jake's/the Floating Rib. So having this take place in that set was appropriate. In the olden days, we'd getting holiday music and the Christmas carols on all of daytime, so we'll see if we get any on this on the air program in 2019.
