Y&R: Zoe arrested for Grand Phoenix Drugging

Zoe was arrested for her scheme of drugging nearly everyone at the Grand Phoenix opening party on "The Young and the Restless". Below are my thoughts.


Zoe was an influencer turned criminal who drugged the sangria with molly at the grand opening. I am putting this in bullet style to get this out quickly.

1. Zoe hating Kyle and Theo due to her going to the ER would be motive for bad behavior, but she did this only to get her name out there. I mean she isn't a rapper on the run, who is evading the law, so seriously.
2. This gave an excuse for Phyllis to get back involved in the Grand Phoenix, as she got Zoe to admit the truth. 
3. We got to see Summer kiss Kyle, and dance with Tessa and Mariah (who were more affectionate than normal.) Will she ever come out as fluid?
4. Having both Devon and Sharon have issues due to prescription drugs was appropriate.
5. Nate was drugged and realized he couldn't help anyone as a doctor, which was a relief.
6. What sort of restaurant leaves pitchers out unattended? I mean even at a school dance they have someone watch the punch bowl.

Anyway so those are some thoughts on this story, I wonder if there will be any lasting blowback beyond Zoe being in jail, and Phyllis getting a quarter of the hotel.
