It was announced earlier today, that Loren Lott is out as Ana on "The Young and the Restless". The actress first appeared in late 2018, and was written out to see to her ailing father off screen on the July 25, 2019 US episode
The show gave the reason that they didn't have any story for the character, seriously. It doesn't make sense, she is related to Devon as his younger biological sister, she is involved in the music business, and could literally do anything. Ana doesn't have baggage, a laundry list of former loves or any of that. She could have been part of a new next generation, and mix it up with everyone. I'm seriously bummed about this decision, but I can't wait for Loren to have success elsewhere.
