B&B: Six Random Thoughts for March 2018

Since "The Bold and the Beautiful" is preempted for NCAA basketball, I wanted to do a round-up of what I'm thinking about the show. This entry includes casting information.

1. Bill (Don Diamont) was shot, and the actor is going to appear on the Italian version of "Dancing with the Stars". I hope there is a way to see him dance.  Of course, in recent weeks, he became more and more loathsome, including proposing to his son's wife.
2. What is it with people being taken off contract, and we only know it happened due to the closing credits? (Reign Edwards - Nicole, Courtney Hope - Sally, Ashleigh Brewer - Ivy and Anthony Turpel - RJ) all have had status changes in 2018. Seriously, the cast is already so small, will we get new people in, some screen time spent on the characters being used less, or just even more of an extreme focus on the few?
3. Liam not forgiving Steffy right away made sense, as did his anger with Bill. Everyone wanting him to forgive Steffy was annoying me more than they should.
4. Maya had a spoiler about a story with Carter, it lasted one or two episodes. What was the point of that?
5. It seems like with the Spectra building gone, and the entire actor group off contract that is also over before it began.
6. Sheila still has no story. It seems like the character's return was a waste, the same seems to be true about Thorne.

Anyway those are my thoughts about B&B, I wish I was happier, but sometimes things aren't as fun as they could and should be.
