A press release was posted explaining the renewals for CBS Daytime for the upcoming 2016-2017 television season. All of their shows are coming back next year. To read more check out their press release.
"The Price is Right" and "The Young and the Restless" were already renewed through 2016-2017. "The Talk" and "Let's Make a Deal" got a one year pick up, while "The Bold and the Beautiful" has a new two year deal.
I'm glad for the stability that the CBS network has had in daytime, though I still miss the P&G shows. From a network standpoint having all sorts of genres on during the daylight hours makes sense for advertising purposes.
