Below is what we know about how soaps will be effected for Former First Lady Nancy Reagan's funeral on Friday, March, 2016. The service is to begin at 2 pm ET.
ABC: "General Hospital" isn't going to be on Friday, March 11, 2016. GH will be back as normal on Monday. Nothing will be skipped as the funeral should last all afternoon. This information was mentioned on ABC World News Tonight.
CBS: According to "The Orlando Sentinel", none of their programming will be preempted. "The Young and the Restless" and "The Bold and the Beautiful" will be on as normally scheduled and the funeral will only be seen on CBSN or their streaming site.
NBC: "Days of Our Lives" won't be on in certain areas. Check your with your local station. Early airings on Days were on as normal, but later showings were not. NBC affiliate WMCA mentions a full preemption in their area.
