Here are my thoughts and a brief summary about episode fifteen (May 28, 2013) of One Life to Live.
Tea and Blair talk at Shelter, about Victor, Todd, and Dani. Tea offers to help Blair with Jack after Blair offers to look after Dani. Tea came to see Jack at home. She explains again that she has no idea where Victor is and tries to make him feel better. Brianna and Jason (younger woman and older man) are on a date and they are getting very cozy. Rama sort of becomes obsessive in watching them. Bruce (security), Dean (bartender) and Diego (doorman) are with Cutter, and they all appreciate Dusky the singer. Blair just signed Dusky to a contract to sing at the club. Rama and Dusky are introduced as they are now working together.
Dani convinced Matthew to go out running. Destiny comes with Drew and Jeffrey is still there. Jeffrey looks at an envelope for Winterhaven. He explains how this man was his mother's boss and he paid for college. Jeffrey offers to watch Drew again, and Destiny makes a negative comment about Matthew as he and Dani walk through the door. Matthew had forgotten his phone, when he and Dani were out running and then caught a bite to eat.
Nigel opens the door for Natalie as she's gone to Llanfair to see Viki. Natalie asks Nigel if he'd come work for her and Liam. Clint comes in as Viki and Natalie are talking about John calling his daughter. Nigel interrupts that Clint has a work call, before he goes he asks Natalie to bring Liam along. When alone, Natalie relays what John said on the phone regarding wanting to see Liam and that she kept him from the boy. Natalie admits to Viki that she is still in love with John and Viki tells her to call him tonight. At home, Natalie decides to forget John and gets out an outfit.
Nora brings a guest to Bo's office, Calvin aka Snoop Lion. Snoop mentions his movie Reincarnated. Bo can't go because of Buchanan poker night, and invited him after the screening. Leo comes along to the poker game with David so they have a fourth with Bo and Clint. Nora wants to join in on the poker game, even though Bo doesn't want her to, but she will throw them out if she can't play.
General thoughts about this episode:
So Snoop explained to Bo how he went from a Snoop Dogg to Snoop Lion, I saw that on Kelly and Michael. Was the material with Rama being fascinated by Brianna and Jason a case of foreshadowing or a throwaway? Is Rama interested in having an older man as her affair during her open marriage to Vimal. Matthew agreeing to watch Drew and not telling the others was weird as they all live together. Natalie should just bring Liam over to Llanfair to hang out with Clint as each time he sees his daughter, he wants to watch his grandson. I wish Matthew would have been at Buchanan poker night with his Pa, brother David and Uncle Clint. I think they all would have appreciated Drew being part of the proceedings especially since David for his reality show.
