OLTL: Thoughts on Episode 13

Here are my thoughts and a brief summary about episode thirteen (May 21, 2013) of One Life to Live.

Viki tells Clint that the wedding is out today as is Paris. Clint looks over the recommendations that Viki was given for "The Banner". Viki would rather shut it rather than gut it. Clint offers her a bridge loan if she doesn't want him to invest directly. Todd interrupts their conversation as Viki invited him to discuss Jack. Once Todd leaves, Viki and Clint talk about Jack, and she wants to do whatever she can to help that boy. He tells her he has enough work trying to help Matthew become a better man.

Dorian wants to take Jack, Blair, and David out to eat. Jack is frustrated and doesn't want to go. David ends up going to Shelter with Leo. Rama is a huge fan of David's, watching the movie 18 times. David talks about how he got acting classes from Uta Hagen. Rama agrees to be on David's show.

Destiny and Natalie are together at Shelter. They speak with Cutter, and Rama is also working. Natalie tells Cutter that she can take care of herself. She offers to cook him dinner.

Dani is making dinner for Jeffrey and Matthew. They end up talking about Matthew's feelings for Michelle. Jeffrey wants Matthew to prove it. Michelle finally calls Matthew back, and Dani trips and falls with their dinner. What Jeffrey tastes though is good ironically.

At that station, Bo is questioning Todd and Tea comes into the office. Bo dismisses Todd and Tea brings evidence that Victor was investigation arsenic online. Todd comes to Llanfair because Viki invited him after her chat with Jack.

The episode ends with Todd looking at the monitors and then a note about how he didn't kill Victor and he still has to do it.

General thoughts about this episode:

Dorian and Blair had blink and you miss it appearances. David's reference to Uta Hagen was hilarious if you know who she is. Clint thinking that Jack was a lost hope should have been explained as perhaps his POV has to do with what Jack did to his grandson Shane, who he came to accept as family. I like that Destiny and Natalie are friends even if they aren't the same age as they should know each other though family.
